Introduction of a case where the thawing tank for large fish used as canned food ingredients was made of stainless steel.

We would like to introduce a case where we received a consultation from a food processing company and updated their long-used iron thawing tank to a highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel one. There was a request to convert the thawing tank for large fish, such as frozen tuna for canned food, to stainless steel.
