Starting in the autumn of 2023, our company has taken on a new business that requires air blowing processes. We were troubled by the deterioration of the working environment and the impact on product quality due to dust dispersion. In April 2023, we encountered the movable and easily transportable Clean Air Scandinavia 'FS70' at the Nagoya Factory Equipment and Supplies Exhibition, and we decided to implement it. The 'FS70' efficiently captures dust generated by air blowing, improving the working environment. It also helps suppress dust adhesion to products, contributing to enhanced product quality. The key points of the implementation are as follows: - Movable and adaptable to layout changes - Decision to implement based on reference to other companies' dust control examples - Filter replacement conducted while observing the level of dirtiness In the future, we anticipate an increase in the frequency of filter replacements due to the increased air blowing from used shipping boxes; however, this will not be a problem as we can continue to manage it on-site. Additionally, establishing a pseudo-clean room may further enhance the collection and adsorption effects.
