The DuPont(TM) Tyvek(r) is laminated with a high-performance barrier film, providing high barrier properties against many organic chemicals and high-concentration inorganic chemicals, in addition to the protective performance of Tychem(r) 2000. To enhance the fit with full-face masks, a rubber seal material is attached to the hood opening, and it features integrated inner gloves and shoe covers. To reduce the risk of chemical exposure from the front, it has a back zipper design with a side opening and a double fastener flap with snaps and hook-and-loop fasteners.
