High-speed (50μsec～) and ppb-level high-sensitivity gas measurement is possible.
A turnkey system using Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) enables fast (up to 50 µsec), high-sensitivity (ppb level) gas analysis. With a compact and robust design, it can be used for gas analysis in industrial and research fields. It requires no calibration and is low-maintenance, allowing for immediate use after installation. ■ Measurement possible in as fast as 50 µsec ■ Measures gas concentrations at ppb levels ■ No calibration required ■ Robust housing (IP68) suitable for gas measurement in industrial and research fields ■ Compatible gases: Oxygen (O2), Hydrogen Fluoride (HF), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Methane (CH4), Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), Nitrogen Oxides (NOX), Ammonia (NH3), and Hydrogen Chloride (HCL). (For measurements of other gas types, please inquire.)
