Vista The best-in-class entry-level package includes the following features: Quick Scan Quality Scan Speed Mode Flex Center Please select a mode according to your requirements: use Quick Scan for an overview, and Quality Scan for detailed analysis in high resolution. Do you want to scan flat parts in high resolution? Then Speed Mode scans up to three times faster than the traditional Quality Scan while maintaining the resolution of image details. Flex Center Is the region of interest (ROI) not at the center of the turntable? Flex Center provides a virtual rotation axis. You can continue the inspection process without manually changing the position of the test sample.

Optimization of 2D X-ray images. The human eye can only distinguish about 200 shades of gray, while the latest X-ray detectors output around 65,000 shades of gray, necessitating preprocessing of X-ray images for evaluation by the human eye. Depending on the inspection task, operators can employ special procedures: Simple procedure: Adjusting the contrast and brightness of the image to represent certain gray values. Advanced method: Filtering the entire image using techniques such as high-pass filters to emphasize the intense gray value changes typical of pores.
