Leak testing using air pressure is now possible for water supply and hot water resin pipes (PE・PB)!
We would like to introduce the "Full and Empty Test Method" for water supply and hot water resin piping. By using the pressure recording inspection device "Hajime-kun HWR-N1-1," it is possible to conduct leak tests on water supply and hot water resin piping (PE, PB) using air pressure. For piping concealed by walls or flooring, such as in cases of nail penetration accidents or when defective areas are located at heights or angles that are difficult to visually inspect, the air pressure testing method can effectively address even minor leaks that are hard to detect. 【Inspection Options】 ■ HWR-OP01 ■ HWR-OP02 ■ HWR-OP03 *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Inspection Preparation】 ■ Connect the included O-ring adapter to the inspection piping to connect the inspection device. ■ To connect the inspection device and the O-ring adapter, the included O-ring will fill the gap, so hand-tightening the nut part is sufficient. ■ If the water heater and other faucet parts are capped or bypassed, both the water and hot water systems can be inspected at once (if there is a leak, separate the systems to identify the problem). ■ The ball valve between the piping and the compressor may leak due to deterioration from repeated inspections, so after pressurization, seal it with a cap. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
