By increasing the surface area, we enhance the opportunities for adsorption and distribution between the analyte and functional groups, thereby improving efficiency. SPEC demonstrates very stable reproducibility and high flow characteristics even when processing high-viscosity or multi-particle samples. As a result, it enables high reproducibility of recovery rates and rapid operations, allowing for trouble-free automation. Additionally, since each of the 96 wells flows at a uniform flow rate without fluctuations, the variability in recovery rates for each well can be kept very low. Most types of packed SPE require 500 to 1000 μL of elution solvent. When analyzing with LC/MS/MS after processing, further operations such as evaporation and re-dissolution are necessary to achieve the required sensitivity. In the case of SPEC, substances retained in the porous surface can be eluted with only about 75 μL of solvent. By eluting with a minimal amount of solvent, the target substances are highly concentrated, allowing for direct injection into LC/MS/MS, which contributes to saving time and solvent volume, and improving productivity. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
