It also has good bendability and drawability, making it widely used for complex processed products and deep-drawn products. Its characteristics and applications include good electrical conductivity, making it suitable for electrical product components, and high thermal conductivity, which is used in heat exchangers, steam boilers, and cooler heat exchanger components in chemical plants. Additionally, due to its excellent ductility, it can be easily subjected to drawing and bending processes, and is used in everyday items such as electrical sockets, cosmetic cases, lighters, and hooks. Furthermore, it does not exhibit low-temperature brittleness, allowing it to be used even at ultra-low temperatures, and its beautiful golden color is utilized in construction materials and various utensils.

We have sales offices in Osaka and Tokyo, and we ship nationwide, primarily focusing on the Kansai and Kanto regions. We handle everything from cutting, drilling, and machining of extruded and drawn materials. We manufacture a variety of cross-sectional shapes tailored to our customers' needs. Our brass rods are available from billet casting to hot extrusion processing, cold drawing, and component machining. We also accommodate small quantities of aluminum extrusions. We have many general-purpose molds that do not incur extrusion mold technology fees. - For brass, we primarily stock C3604 flat bars (FB, flat bars). We can also handle various tempers, including C3604BE-F and C3604BD-F, as well as annealed materials. - We specialize in producing shapes close to the final product. Please consider cost reduction. - For aluminum shapes, we have extrusion molds for materials such as A6063 in square, flat bars (FB, flat bars), angles, channels, round pipes, and square pipes (square tubes), as well as various sizes of extrusion dies for material A1070 flat bars, allowing us to manufacture with just material procurement. For the use of molds with other materials like A6005C, please inquire individually.
