The customer's challenge was that they were using a single-sided tool with two corners, resulting in a high unit cost per corner. With our product, the number of corners increased threefold, significantly reducing tool costs. It can be processed without any issues under the same cutting conditions as the current single-sided type tool, and there is still potential for improvement in processing conditions, leading to further efficiency gains.
