Collaboration of robots and food! Selling cookies, cakes, gratins, etc. made with thunder powder.
Temzac Co., Le Nature, Ygrec, and Takami Confectionery have started selling dishes and sweets made with rice flour "Raifuku," produced from robot-cultivated rice, from late January 2024. Rice flour is versatile and can be used as a substitute for wheat flour in products like bread, cakes, and noodles. Due to the rising health consciousness and the soaring prices of imported wheat, the demand for rice flour has been increasing in recent years. By establishing a new labor-saving agriculture through robot rice cultivation and promoting the appeal of rice flour, we aim to contribute to the expansion of rice flour demand and the improvement of food self-sufficiency.
