This event is based on the "Eastern Kyushu Basque Transformation Project," which aims to create a region that attracts people through food. It features dishes prepared by chefs from Nobeoka using locally sourced ingredients to disseminate information nationwide. As an event promoting Nobeoka City through food, "Raikiko," a rice flour made from rice cultivated using the agricultural WORKROID "Raichou Series," was utilized as a dessert.
