Both hot and cold bending processes are suitable for bending.
C2800 is suitable for super-large shapes due to its iron content and is the best brass in terms of bendability. It is suitable for bending processes both hot and cold. The mechanical properties include tensile strength and ductility, making it suitable for applications such as wiring devices used as punched or bent, nameplates, machine parts, valve rods, condensate pipes, construction materials, welding rods, etc. *Valve rod: A rod that rotates the valve body (disk) to adjust the flow rate by turning the handle of a valve, etc. *Condensate pipe: A cooling pipe used in a condenser device that cools steam and returns it to water.

Company information
We are a manufacturer of brass rods and aluminum extrusions located in Kameoka City, Kyoto Prefecture. We have sales offices in Osaka and Tokyo, and we ship nationwide, primarily focusing on the Kansai and Kanto regions. We handle everything from cutting, drilling, and machining of extruded and drawn materials. We manufacture a variety of cross-sectional shapes tailored to our customers' needs. Our brass rods are available from billet casting to hot extrusion processing, cold drawing, and component machining. We also accommodate small quantities of aluminum extrusions. We have many general-purpose molds that do not incur extrusion mold technology fees. - For brass, we primarily stock C3604 flat bars (FB, flat bars). We can also handle various tempers, including C3604BE-F and C3604BD-F, as well as annealed materials. - We specialize in producing shapes close to the final product. Please consider cost reduction. - For aluminum shapes, we have extrusion molds for materials such as A6063 in square, flat bars (FB, flat bars), angles, channels, round pipes, and square pipes (square tubes), as well as various sizes of extrusion dies for material A1070 flat bars, allowing us to manufacture with just material procurement. For the use of molds with other materials like A6005C, please inquire individually.
