Based on the content of the career inventory sheet, we will extract events from school days to the present in a question-and-answer format (utilizing tools like a whiteboard). 3. We will delve into the details of these events and confirm their background, causes, and true intentions. 4. We will analyze common issues and trends that emerge from this, such as preferences, strengths, and weaknesses. 5. Participants will objectively reflect on themselves. 6. We will identify behavioral patterns and analyze what is important to the participants based on these patterns, providing feedback and an overall assessment. We will also indicate what should be done now, what should be done in the future, and methods for improvement. *Prior to the session, we will provide a "career inventory sheet," and participants are expected to fill it out and submit it in advance for analysis.
