Through a basic professional skills assessment and case studies, participants will clarify their approach to work and decision-making, deepening practical learning that connects to real-world tasks. In the business manners segment, participants will experientially learn essential skills such as grooming, greetings, behavior, honorific language, and telephone etiquette, primarily through exercises that can be immediately applied in the workplace. The goal is not just to acquire knowledge, but to understand "why" certain actions are taken, aiming for a state where participants can actually act in the field.
