■Training Content After receiving a lecture on the "PERMA Theory" of well-being, participants will express their feelings of happiness and satisfaction at work using LEGO blocks, and then integrate these expressions to share the unique feelings of happiness and satisfaction each workplace member experiences. Participants will acknowledge each other's values within the organization. Through this activity, a sense of solidarity will emerge, enhancing the overall happiness of the team.
