Triangle Trust Co., Ltd. will hold the second "Information Exchange Meeting for HR Personnel of Medium-sized Enterprises on Recruitment and Development," which received positive feedback last year. The environment surrounding recruitment and development is changing significantly due to factors such as declining birth rates and an aging population, recruitment difficulties, changes in the values of young employees, and advancements in AI and digital transformation (DX). In this information exchange meeting, participants will learn about changes in university education and students, share challenges and initiatives among HR, recruitment, and development personnel, and consider generational transitions and organizational development with an eye on the 2040 issue. On the day of the event, there will be a lecture by Professor Hiroaki Ukai from the Faculty of Business Administration at Aichi University, as well as information exchange among participating companies and discussions on intergenerational communication and the use of AI and DX. This event is recommended for those who want to understand trends in universities and students, and for those who feel challenges in the development of young and mid-career employees, organizational building, and generational transitions. The target audience is HR and development personnel from medium-sized enterprises, with a capacity of 40 participants, and participation is free. For those interested, a business card exchange and networking event will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Participants in the networking event will be charged a food and beverage fee of 2,000 yen per person (including tax) on the day of the event.
