[Case Study] Automotive Parts Manufacturing Industry

Introducing a case where a mist tracer and a suction port with a shielding plate were installed on a work machine!

We would like to introduce a case study of the mist recovery equipment for a large amount of oil droplet generation processing machines. In the automotive parts manufacturing industry, when processing automotive parts, a large amount of oil droplets and oil mist was leaking from the machine tools, causing the floor to become slippery and oil to accumulate on the machines, which was problematic. By installing mist tracers and suction ports with shielding plates on the machine tools, the issue of oil mist leakage was resolved, and the factory environment became cleaner. 【Case Overview】 ■ Background of Implementation - A large amount of oil droplets and oil mist was leaking from the machine tools. - The mist adhering to the floor made it slippery and caused oil to accumulate on the machines, which was problematic. ■ Improvements Made - By installing mist tracers and suction ports with shielding plates on the machine tools, the issue of oil mist leakage was resolved, and the factory environment became cleaner. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
