The time will come when re-wrapping is necessary because the urethane will also deteriorate. For re-wrapping onto the roller, it is not necessary to remove the old rubber.
We pour urethane into a rough cylindrical mold and let it harden. We shape the outer diameter on a lathe and finish the surface with grinding. In the case of old rubber, we start with the stripping process.
