We would like to introduce a case of "subfloor sinking correction work" and "subfloor void filling work" carried out in a condominium located in Niigata Prefecture. In the RC apartment building (1st floor) we are introducing this time, due to floor sinking, there were issues not only with "floor tilting" but also with "gaps occurring between the walls and ceiling" and "doors not closing." After completing the subfloor sinking correction work and the subfloor void (cavity) work, the gaps between the walls and ceiling were eliminated, and the misaligned tile joints were leveled.
