High-speed grinding processes such as surface grinding, flat grinding, and groove grinding with CBN and diamond grinding wheels are possible!
"ToolGrind TC-X620" is a low-viscosity tool grinding oil based on highly refined hydrocracked oil, enhanced with carefully selected additives. Its excellent cooling and penetration properties, along with its anti-foaming capabilities under high pressure, prevent burning on the work surface. Thanks to the strength of the oil film in the base oil, it provides the necessary lubrication for grinding hard metals and high-speed steel, despite its low viscosity. 【Features】 ■ Improved cooling and cleaning of grinding wheels due to low viscosity ■ Excellent anti-foaming and degassing properties ■ Sufficient lubrication achieved through carefully selected additives and extreme pressure agents ■ Comprehensive mist control *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
