We would like to introduce a case where we solved challenges in the layering of metal 3D printing using our "Wire Cut Electrical Discharge Machine Contamination Machine." With the introduction of metal layering 3D printers, we were asked to explore methods for separating metal layers from the base plate. We were looking for solutions to address issues such as rough surfaces caused by cutting with blades.
