This is a nylon material called HP High Reusability PA12W, made with the HP Jet Fusion 5420W, which excels in rigidity and weather resistance. It is a mass-production suitable material that can achieve practical strength without anisotropy in the manufactured products. It has better weather resistance than conventional nylon, and its white color does not yellow, making it suitable for final products and scenarios that require design aesthetics. It is formed with a layer pitch of 0.08mm, allowing for text representation as well. Tests have been conducted in compliance with the following standards, and they have passed: - REACH - RoHS - PAHs - Biocompatibility (for details, please inquire) - ISO 10993-4 (Hemocompatibility) - ISO 10993-5 (Cytotoxicity) - ISO 10993-10 (Sensitization/Irritation/Intradermal Reaction) - ISO 10993-11 (Acute Systemic Toxicity)
