The Non-Laminated Pack is a package that reduces plastic usage while allowing visibility of the contents by adhering paper and OPP film with adhesive. Additionally, since the weight ratio is predominantly paper, it is classified as paper container packaging and will be marked accordingly. ■ Cost reduction in plate fees by adopting offset printing The offset printing we use is significantly cheaper compared to gravure printing plate fees. It allows for changes in plate content and accommodates small lot short delivery times. In the bag-making process for packaging materials, the heat seal method is commonly used. In the case of paper packages, lamination is necessary to provide heat sealability, which involves bonding paper with plastic films such as PP. Our non-laminated pack directly adheres paper to OPP film with adhesive, eliminating the need for lamination. As a result, we have reduced the specific gravity of plastic and achieved a paper weight ratio of over 60%.
