We would like to introduce a case study on the development of an automated application for shipping inspections for a manufacturer of electrochemical devices. The company expressed a desire to automate the shipping inspection of battery charge and discharge devices, as the process was currently being performed manually by operators, resulting in significant time spent on calibration and inspection. In response, we developed an application that integrates the design of necessary switching jigs and the execution of calibration and inspection, thereby helping to reduce the labor involved in the shipping inspection process.
