Production of a 20-inch display enclosure Based on the actual circuit board and display, we will design and manufacture an enclosure for mounting the circuit board and holding the display. The top of the display has only about 2mm of margin, making it normally impossible to perform bending processes. However, by creatively applying bending and welding techniques, we have produced an outer frame that covers the top. Since the outer frame is made narrow, the display can be fully visible.

Leveraging our thin sheet metal processing capabilities, we also offer welding services (thickness = 0.2mm to 2.0mm) using fiber laser welding, accommodating materials such as steel, SUS, and aluminum. We have developed a "crossover processing" method that combines sheet metal, drawing, and flange processing as an alternative to small-lot press processing. We handle everything from thin sheet metal processing (thickness = 0.1mm to 5.0mm) for terminals and switch springs to enclosures, starting from just one prototype. We also support post-processing such as plating and aim to be a flexible precision sheet metal processing company. We can accommodate relatively small production runs from one prototype to about 1,000 units. Our quality adheres to ISO 9000 standards, and we possess measurement equipment such as non-contact two-dimensional and three-dimensional image measuring instruments to ensure high precision, receiving high praise from our customers.
