Suitable for the maintenance of steel structures in the coming era! 【Streamlined Process Specifications】 ● This is a two-coat heavy-duty anti-corrosion fluororesin coating specification, combining New Epoxy 21HB Primer (120μm) and New Fluorine HB Topcoat (55μm). 【Excellent Weather Resistance, Rust Prevention, and Good Workability】 ● The topcoat is a high-weather-resistant thick-film fluororesin paint that prevents film degradation under ultraviolet rays, rainwater, and corrosive environments. *Twice the thickness of standard fluororesin topcoats. ● The primer is a low-solvent thick-film modified epoxy resin paint, featuring a powerful non-toxic rust prevention pigment for excellent corrosion resistance. *About twice the thickness of standard modified epoxy resin paints. ● Despite being a thick-film finish, it offers stress-free and good workability for brush and roller applications. 【Environmentally Friendly Low-Solvent Coating System】 ● Both the primer and topcoat are turpentine-soluble, considering human and environmental factors, resulting in mild odors. No lead or chromium compounds are used. 【Cost Reduction and Shortened Construction Period through Streamlined Processes】 ● The conventional three to four processes for fluororesin coating specifications have been reduced to two processes, leading to reduced labor costs through less effort and fewer workers.
