Renovation of acid-resistant flooring for food factories to create a hygienic environment in line with HACCP measures.
Are you having trouble with the floor becoming worn out for some reason, even though it was renovated in brewing (fermented foods: pickles, dairy products, alcoholic beverages, etc.) and in fish processing plants or kitchens?
In the food processing industry, where heat, salt, oil, and sugar are handled, various raw materials such as seasonings and stabilizers are used. In factories dealing with acetic acid and lactic acid, organic acids may neutralize the concrete floors, accelerating their deterioration. "Derrick Guard" is a low-odor, acid-resistant coating material that protects concrete floors in breweries, confectionery, and pickling factories, providing a hygienic environment. Depending on the site conditions and the area to be applied, it can be installed and opened in as little as half a day. Additionally, it can be applied to wet surfaces using "Wet Guard Primer." ■ Acid Resistance It excels in acid resistance against organic acids, helping to reduce the deterioration of concrete floors. (Compared to common epoxy and rigid urethane resins often found in food factories) ■ Short Construction Period Foot traffic can be allowed just 3 hours after painting. (Compared to common polyester and MMA-based coating materials often found in factories with short construction periods) 【Exhibition at the 3rd International Fermentation and Brewing Food Industry Exhibition】 July 30 (Tuesday) - August 1 (Thursday), 2024, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Tokyo Big Sight, East Hall 5 & 6 Booth Number E5-4-43 A demonstration of the effective "Repair Kid Repair Boy" for floor damage repair is planned. *Exhibition content is subject to change.
