By adopting a vertical structure instead of the conventional press mechanism, alignment has become easier. The touch screen has also been revamped, improving condition setting and operability. ● Equipped with our fastest spark interruption system! The newly developed spark interruption system achieves twice the speed of conventional machines, minimizing damage to molds and products. ● Space-saving and easy to move! The machine size is approximately 1 square meter, making it possible to install in narrow spaces. ● Easy to perform detailed alignment work! One person can handle everything from detailed tasks to width splicing work. ● Stable welding is possible by managing the temperature adjustment of the high-frequency output and the electric heater in the electrode section numerically. ● Stable product finishing that is not affected by the environment! By equipping the electrode section with an electric heater, stable welding can be achieved from the startup phase.
