We conduct a consistent system of sheet metal work, welding, surface treatment, and painting, focusing on ultra-small R processing from Φ10 to 114.3. In addition to construction machinery parts, we can also accommodate a wide range of products including playground equipment, handrails, fences for train platforms, and interior-related items. Company information
Founded in 1950. Manufacturing hydraulic piping for large construction machinery in Ota City, Tokyo. We handle everything in-house from material procurement, cutting, pipe bending, secondary processing, welding, to painting. To meet a wide range of needs, we possess numerous bending molds, including 1D bends (minimum R) with a maximum diameter of φ114.3. In June 2018, we established a new factory in Joso City, Ibaraki Prefecture for zinc phosphate coating (Parkerizing) and painting. By being able to perform surface treatment in-house, we have successfully reduced delivery times and costs significantly. With a 7m³ tank, we can also process relatively large products.
