It excels in resistance to organic acids! It complies with concrete anti-corrosion technology guidelines.
The "NK Flake Method" is a system that enables the reduction of the life cycle cost (LCC) of concrete. It is a method that combines vinyl ester resin FRP, which has excellent chemical resistance, with flake lining, boasting a long track record and high reliability for corrosion protection of flue gas desulfurization equipment, corrosion protection of the bottom plates of oil storage tanks, and corrosion protection of marine structures. This ultra-durable corrosion protection system is designed to suppress corrosion of concrete structures caused by hydrogen sulfide generation and to facilitate maintenance, while also possessing resistance to organic acids. 【Features】 ■ Excellent resistance to sulfuric acid, alkali, and water ■ Excellent resistance to organic acids ■ High adhesion due to the use of a special primer suitable for wet surfaces ■ Flake effect to prevent the penetration of liquids and gases *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
