● This machine controls the piston using an electronic cam curve with a servo motor, allowing for repeated and precise filling. ● By performing discharge and suction through electronic cam operation, it enables filling without liquid splashing or dripping. ● With a simple design and fewer parts, it can be disassembled without tools, making cleaning easy. ● The parts in contact with the liquid are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel SUS316 and are treated with electrolytic polishing. (SUS316L is also available as an option.) ● Since the piston is controlled by a servo motor, it can be set from 0 mL to the maximum amount without replacing the cylinder.

● It is possible to incorporate various automatic machines by exchanging signals with external devices. ● The filling speed and filling amount can be set and saved via the touch panel, allowing for one-touch variety switching. ● Up to 100 varieties can be registered for variety settings, and simply reading the variety to be produced eliminates the need for adjustment work during switching. ● For liquids that are prone to foaming or have high viscosity, optimal filling can be achieved by selecting from five cam patterns. ● During operation, timing signals can be output, allowing for flexible control of automatic valves and nozzle elevation. ● The timing signal output is equipped with four points as standard and can be set for each variety via the touch panel. ● The installation direction is flexible with a free mount type (a separate stand is required for downward installation). ● As a filling machine manufacturer, various optional items such as nozzles, valves, and tanks can be combined.
