Features of the DE25 Standard Compared to the DE1-SoC and DE10-Standard of the Cyclone V SoC generation, the following features are present: - The FPGA is advertised as having 50% lower power consumption and 2.5 times the fabric speed in certain environments compared to the Cyclone V generation, specifically the Agilex 5 E series B group high-speed-4S 138K LE version A5ED013BB32AE4SR1. The HPS core consists of 2 x A55 + 2 x A76. - 1GB DDR4 shared between the FPGA and HPS, with a 32-bit connection. - 64MB SDRAM in the FPGA section, compatible with previous versions. - MIPI D-PHY CSI input or DSI output compatible with Raspberry Pi cameras and similar devices. - Supports HDMI 1080P output (analog VGA output has been removed). - HPS 3.3V GPIO and I2C port. - PS/2 port has been removed. - 10G high-speed serial 4-channel on the HSMC bus.
