[Custom Product (Concept Model)] Measurement time "1 second" Achieving overwhelming speed
Background of Development We wanted to measure the thickness of glass non-contactly. Is there a simple measurement method? This development was initiated based on such customer requests. Our company applies various non-contact measurement technologies for product development. The thickness measurement sensor is one of the products utilizing that technology. We have developed a product that measures non-contactly in under one second. Features - Reliable non-contact measurement with high-precision sensors - Self-calibration function (automatic origin determination) - Flexible construction tailored to the customer's products and applications Measurement light projection and receiving components can be integrated into devices, accommodating the integration of fixtures Both the size of the measurement object and the device can be manufactured according to customer requirements - Easy measurement with accompanying software (for Windows)
