- Printing: With years of accumulated know-how, we can print right to the edge of products and reproduce fine lines. We can accommodate two types of printing methods: heat-dry printing and UV printing. In recent years, we have also been working on improving productivity by introducing automatic printing machines, integrating molding and printing lines, and connecting automatic printing machines to print two colors in one line. - Coating: We can accommodate various types of coatings, including gradient coating, matte coating, and pearl coating. - Stamping: We manufacture optimal jigs in-house. We can stamp not only flat surfaces but also curved surfaces and polyhedra. - Shrink: It is challenging to uniformly shrink film on containers with complex shapes and many irregularities. However, by utilizing our specialized technology and know-how, we can consider the material and shrinkage method of the film and devise designs to avoid these issues. - Transfer: Our highly skilled and experienced technicians can propose optimal designs and transfer processes, allowing us to transfer onto containers with complex irregularities and intricate details. - Labeling: We can provide consistent production from molding to labeling, enabling us to offer low-cost solutions.
