What is the method for cleaning while maintaining the degreasing power of organic solvents? *Case study collection available.
We have numerous achievements in cleaning various parts such as cold forged products, bearings, and drawn wire! Here are examples of switching cleaning methods from organic solvents!
The purpose of cleaning using organic solvents is, I believe, degreasing cleaning that utilizes the solvent's dissolving power. However, in recent years, we have received many voices suggesting that we must consider the benefits of using them and alternatives due to regulations such as the Organic Solvent Poisoning Prevention Regulation and the PRTR Law. Unical specializes in the development, manufacturing, and sales of agents for "metal surface treatment" and offers proposals for solvent alternatives. We have a wealth of alternative cleaning case studies for drawn wire, pipes, bearings, and more. [Features] ■ Does not fall under the management targets of the Organic Solvent Poisoning Prevention Regulation ■ Can be treated as a non-hazardous substance, moving from flammable and hazardous materials (kerosene, gasoline) ■ Provides rust prevention effects after cleaning iron parts and other components ■ Products that have reached around 400°C, such as hot forging and cold forging, can be directly introduced! We can make proposals tailored to the desired effects. Currently, you can download case studies of cleaning agent alternatives from the PDF. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Unical Co., Ltd. has been sincerely addressing environmental issues since its founding, at a time when society had little interest in such matters, and has been engaged in product development. The best way for a company to promote the improvement of environmental pollution is to demonstrate that the results of improving the quality and reducing costs of its own products directly lead to solving environmental problems. If using Unical products can solve the important issues of quality improvement, environmental enhancement, and cost reduction, wouldn't that be wonderful? Unical, with the fundamental principles of "original technology," "environmental mission," and "customer-oriented," is dedicated to "creating environmentally friendly chemistry" through the research and development of metal cleaning agents, striving to achieve "quality improvement and cost reduction" for users. We uphold three mottos: "realizing coexistence of the environment and the economy," and we will continue to listen to our customers while never forgetting the spirit of perseverance and hunger as we work towards realizing this dream.
