Break away from IGBT technology! High performance with high-speed switching (FET) operation. The device becomes compact, and simplifying the control circuit improves reliability.
The "Xenon Arc Lamp Power Supply" is a product that can control large currents simply by applying a small voltage to the gate of a FET. By adopting FETs, it achieves over 500W at frequencies above 50KHz. Higher output is also possible. The simplification of the circuit improves reliability, and it employs forward coupling (FCC method) and FETs. *FET = Field Effect Transistor We provide precise proposals for companies that currently use the conventional IGBT method! 【Features】 ■ High capability with high-speed switching ■ Large current with small voltage input ■ Improved reliability through circuit simplification *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
