In addition, aiming to become a "Social Sharing Supporter" that tackles all challenges surrounding logistics, which is essential for maintaining people's livelihoods, we are not only further developing our existing business but also creating new businesses, expanding our logistics and connected services. In modern society, as lifestyles diversify with a shift from "ownership to usage" and from "consumption of goods to consumption of experiences," and with labor shortages becoming prominent due to "declining birth rates and an aging population," the social structure is changing. The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly altered the social environment, increasing the demand for non-contact solutions that do not require human intervention.
