We would like to introduce a case study on the introduction of "muscle suits" at the special nursing home, Kinuta Home. Before the introduction, the home experienced a situation where one or two staff members would take leave each year due to back pain, and some even left their jobs as a result. After the introduction, data regarding attendance (absences due to staff health issues) showed that the annual absences due to back pain disappeared.
