Productization of fasteners with a 1mm groove! Achieving improved workability and reduced assembly costs!
The "Ultra-Small Groove Fastener" creates a strong self-retaining force due to the elasticity of the V-shaped groove on the pin surface, making the fastening process simple and quick with only press-fitting required. Additionally, compared to parallel pins, the dimensional accuracy and surface roughness required for the pilot hole are not difficult, resulting in improved workability and reduced assembly costs. 【Features】 ■ No special tools are required for installation, allowing for easy press-fitting ■ The self-retaining force provides resistance to loosening and rotation even under vibration ■ Excellent strength, wear resistance, and fatigue resistance (for heavy-duty use) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
