This equipment processes opened, expired PET bottles by feeding them into a receiving hopper, from which they are supplied to a de-liquefying and volume-reducing container via a belt conveyor for de-liquefaction and volume reduction. By being fed into the crusher and washing machine in a reduced volume state, the cutting performance improves, allowing for the use of a small single-shaft crusher. Additionally, washing of the crushed material is performed by showering it with cleaning water. 【Features】 - When opened, expired PET bottles are fed into the receiving hopper, they are supplied to the de-liquefying and volume-reducing container via a belt conveyor for de-liquefaction and volume reduction. - By being fed into the crusher and washing machine in a reduced volume state, the cutting performance improves, allowing for the use of a small single-shaft crusher. - Furthermore, washing of the crushed material is performed by showering it with cleaning water. - The crushed and washed material is dewatered and discharged by a dewatering conveyor. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.*
