20L drum unloader for pails
RobaDrum 20 is a compact drum unloader designed for the efficient processing of thermoplastic and reactive hot melt adhesives, as well as sealants in 20 L containers. Its modular structure allows it to adapt to various production lines. The RobaDrum 20 is easy to operate and safe, with efficient maintenance. The pneumatic-driven drum unloader uses melt-on-demand technology to process low and medium viscosity adhesives. During this process, only the top layer of adhesive in the drum is melted. This careful and efficient adhesive processing reduces the thermal load on the adhesive, maintaining the adhesive properties of the remaining material. The RobaDrum 20 offers three types of melting plates and four types of gear pumps to choose from, allowing flexible adaptation to various production requirements. Depending on the required melting performance and thermal conductivity of the adhesive, you can select either plain or ribbed surface melting plates. Using appropriately designed melting plates can reduce the residual amount of adhesive. The melting plates have a robust FEP coating, providing high release properties and minimizing cleaning efforts.
