Drum unloader for 200L drums
The RobaDrum200C is capable of melting and pumping thermoplastic and reactive hot melt adhesive sealants in 200L drums. With its simple functionality and excellent cost performance, the RobaDrum200C is ideal for supplying roll coaters and buffer tanks. Using Melt-On-Demand (MOD) technology, it carefully melts low and medium viscosity adhesives. You can choose from two types of melting plates and three types of gear pumps. Depending on the required melting performance and thermal conductivity of the adhesive, you can select between plain or ribbed surface melting plates. By using appropriately designed melting plates, you can reduce the amount of adhesive left over. The melting plates have a robust FEP coating, providing high release properties and minimizing cleaning efforts.
