Closed-type coater for measures against solvent volatility/liquid concentration changes and foreign substance contamination.
Many coating methods, including the roll application method, expose the coating liquid to air until it is applied to the substrate. A sealed structure method is recommended.
We would like to introduce the "Closed Type Coater" that we handle. Our lineup includes the "Slot Die Coater" which utilizes a vacuum chamber, the "Gravure Chamber" which can reduce time-dependent changes, and the "Doctor Coater," an advanced version of the knife doctor type. To address issues such as solvent volatilization (liquid concentration changes) and foreign matter contamination caused by the coating liquid coming into contact with air, closed structures like die systems and chamber systems are suitable. 【Specifications (partial)】 ■ Slot Die Coater - Speed: Max. 100m/min - Applicable substrates: Various papers, films, etc. ■ Doctor Coater - Speed: Max. 60m/min - Applicable substrates: Various papers, films, etc. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
