Fundamentally, it is easier to achieve results by focusing on strengthening one's advantages. The key point in this approach to competition is unique technology. - Unique technologies that are not found or cannot be replicated anywhere else - Unique technologies that exist in other companies but are outstanding or superior Identifying these unique technologies is one method of strategic development.
