Asbestos surveys are required by law! Introducing pre-investigations during demolition and renovation work.
We would like to introduce our "Asbestos Survey." A preliminary survey will be conducted in accordance with the methods outlined in the "Establishment of Technical Guidelines for Preventing Asbestos Exposure of Workers during Demolition and Related Work (Notification No. 0509-10)" and the "Manual for Thorough Measures to Prevent Asbestos Dispersion and Leakage [Version 1.02]." Additionally, technical management will be carried out by individuals who have completed the training for Asbestos-Containing Building Material Surveyors (Japan Environmental Sanitation Center) and Asbestos Diagnosticians (JATI Association). 【Features of Our Preliminary Survey】 ■ The document survey will involve a detailed examination of the specifications and finishing tables provided in the design documents. ■ The on-site survey will involve visual inspection of representative areas in rooms containing suspected asbestos-containing materials listed in the document survey (not all rooms will be inspected). *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
