In terms of press molds, we accommodate various processes such as cutting, notching, hole drilling, bending, and shape extraction. Our automatic machines are developed in-house, from mold design to automatic control software, allowing for better design. As a small company, each individual is involved in all processes, so we design parts to be removable if they may not be necessary. By determining the necessity of parts during inspection, we can create products with fewer components, allowing us to dedicate time to the fundamental aspects of molds, such as parallelism, perpendicularity, and dimensional accuracy.
