Achieves seat boring processing in one step with a 180-degree full flat bottom blade.
■ Achieves seat boring processing in one step with a 180-degree full flat bottom blade. ■ Enables processing that was impossible with conventional drills, such as hole processing on slopes and correction of eccentric holes. Expectations for reduced burrs in thin plates and tolerance holes. ■ Special corner shape prevents chipping and reduces burrs. ■ By specially treating the surface of the drill bottom's gash area, friction with the workpiece is reduced. ■ Optimized groove design achieves excellent chip discharge and vibration resistance. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
