Improvement of fastening force due to reduction of incomplete threaded sections and increase in reaction force!
"ASPHA(R)" is a locking screw for thin plates that achieves improved fastening strength by reducing incomplete thread sections and increasing counterforce through the change from spring washers to spack washers. 【Features】 ■ Increased work efficiency and reduced total costs (compared to conventional methods, costs are halved) due to the elimination of the need for flat washer insertion during screw fastening. ■ Prevention of flat washer insertion omissions. ■ Improved fastening strength due to the reduction of incomplete thread sections and increased counterforce resulting from the change from spring washers to spack washers. *Reference: Spack washers provide approximately five times the spring counterforce compared to spring washers. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
