You can feel the effect immediately! During bathing, dissolve "1-2 spoonfuls" in water (or hot water) and smooth it onto your skin. You can feel the moisture just by lightly rinsing it off. * Although some granules remain after dissolving, these are wheat bran. Please use it as is.
