Manufactured through water washing and classification after sand mining, and in some products, by special beneficiation techniques.
Our company manufactures sand suitable for the furan mold by removing impurities such as clay and adjusting the particle size distribution. Furan self-hardening molds are one of the representative molding methods widely used in sand casting in Japan. Additionally, they exhibit high strength, have good fluidity of the mixed sand, and are easy to adjust the usable time. 【Features of Furan Molds】 ■ One of the representative molding methods in sand casting ■ Exhibits high strength ■ Good fluidity of mixed sand ■ Easy to adjust usable time ■ Hardens through a dehydration condensation reaction *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Global warming caused by carbon dioxide and serious air pollution due to PM2.5 are becoming environmental issues that can no longer be solved by a single country; they are now global problems. Until today, Yamakawa Industries has contributed to the development of related industries, including the casting industry, primarily through various processing of sand resources. However, now that we are faced with such a critical situation on Earth, we must return to our origins once again and, with an unyielding frontier spirit, "pioneer the next new era." With this determination, we must work together to tackle the conservation and regeneration of the global environment. As a specialist in sand, Yamakawa Industries bears part of the social responsibility for the regeneration of limited Earth resources from the standpoint of environmental conservation and effective resource utilization.
